Picking & Packing
How will my sweets be packed?
Each bag of sweets will be packed in either a traditional pink & white striped candy bag or a sealed poly bag depending on the weight ordered and nature of product. Either option will be clearly labeled with both full ingredients and the best before date.
All of our sweets are dispatched in either brand new cardboard boxes or our distinctive purple mailing bags – whichever is most appropriate for the order.
What’s the minimum shelf life on your product?
We sell loads of sweets, so shelf life is never a problem. We will however, never send you a sweet with less than 3 months shelf life on it.
Can you create bespoke orders / gifts / wedding favours / party bags etc?
Absolutely! Please just send us a message with your requirements and we will come back to you with suggestions, ideas and prices.
Postage Costs
How much does the postage cost?
Please refer to each particular item as this depends on the weight.
Do you offer combined postage?
Once you order your first item, each multiple of the item thereafter, under 500g, will only be charged at £1.00. Once you reach the maximum postage of £6.75, we stop charging – see details and exceptions below.
What if I’ve got a really sweet tooth and I want loads of stuff?
We have a maximum charge in the UK (excluding Scottish Highlands, Islands and Republic of Ireland) of £6.75 so fill your boots....well up to 30kg anyway!
Where do you post to?
We can arrange for postage to nearly any country. Please just contact us here for details prior to buying your sweets.
Delivery
Once I’ve paid, how long will my parcel take to arrive?
Orders less than 1kg – These are dispatched the next day (Monday to Saturday). If your order is received and paid for by midday, then it may even be dispatched the same day. They are sent using the Royal Mail second class service so it should be with you in approx 2- 4 days max.
Orders over 1kg – These are dispatched Monday to Friday using a courier service. We often use a 48 hour service, but please allow up to 5 days. A tracking number is available upon request.
Will I know when my items have been dispatched?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email when you order has been dispatched.
Can I get my items any quicker?
If you want your order quicker we are happy to send next day by either a courier or registered mail, just contact us for prices before you complete your payment.
Returns
What happens if the product isn’t ok?
We take our customers comments really seriously, so if you have a damaged or faulty product we will refund it if you tell us within 7 days of order.
If you have ordered the wrong product in error or just don’t like it, we cannot accept returns for food and safety regulations, sorry!
